The Video of the Year Moon Man was presented by Cher, who wore the same "controversial" gown she sported in the '80s. While accepting the award, Lady Gaga broke into tears and said she promised her fans if she won the Best Video of the Year she would announce the title of her new album. Telling the fans it will be called 'Born This Away,' she sang a few bars of a song that ended in the phrase. The Best Video award ends a wildly successful 2010 VMA for Lady Gaga, who was the big winner of the night.
