A day after his birthday, Lil Wayne issued a new letter on WeezyThanxYou to announce the new album and to tell his fans he "can't fxckin' wait!" [sic] to get out of prison. He also added that he's, "been trying to get as much rest as I can because I know I won't when I'm out of here."
Lil Wayne is set to leave Rikers Island on Nov. 5, four months earlier than his sentencing called for. The first single from 'I Am Not a Human Being,' 'Right Above It,' features Drake and has already landed in the top half of the Hot 100. Despite being behind bars, it was still had a pretty memorable 28th birthday. Lil Wayne was born Dwayne Michael Carter, Jr. on Sept. 27, 1982.
