Like all of the videos from 'Recovery,' 'No Love' reads like a public service announcement. Eminem addressed domestic abuse in his collaboration with Rihanna, 'Love the Way You Lie,' and took a stab at suicide in the albums biggest single, 'Not Afraid.' Now, with Weezy by his side, Eminem tries his hand at bullies. The video features a small teen who's the target of harassment from his fellow classmates. "You can keep knocking / But you can't knock me down," raps Weezy, and in the end, the bullied teen fights back to a chorus of "You ran me into the ground, but what comes around goes around."
It has been an interesting transition to watch Eminem grow from the thug persona of 'Slim Shady' to the role model he seems to be going for on 'Recovery.' And to answer your question, Lil Wayne filmed his portion of the video before entering prison in March. 'No Love' will hit radio on Oct. 5th.
