Still a couple months shy of her 18th birthday, Miley Cyrus is shown in the video for 'Who Owns My Heart' partying and going out to clubs in skimpy clothes, which is nothing compared to the rolling around she does on a bed while making seductive glances at the camera. The video is receiving a lot of attention, and mostly because of Miley's attire and it's appropriateness (or lack thereof) for the 17-year-old. Then again, controversy is nothing new to the young star, who seems eager to become an adult before the masses -- or her age -- will let her.
