The songwriter, Antwann Frost, says he co-produced 'My Drink 'n My 2 Step' with Swizz Beatz (Kasseem Dean) for Cassidy's third album -- B.A.R.S. The Barry Adrian Reese Story -- in 2007, but was not credited for his work. Frost claims that Swizz Beatz offered him a five percent share of the song as well as $5,000, but that he turned it down. Now, three years later, Frost is seeking equal ownership of the song with the rapper Cassidy and producer Swizz Beatz, as well as $1.5 million, according to TMZ.
