Billy Ray Cyrus filed the divorce papers in Tennessee on Tuesday, Oct. 26, citing irreconcilable differences. He and Tish were married for nearly 17 years; they would've celebrated their 17th anniversary in December. Aside from daughter Destiny Hope, better known to the world as Miley Cyrus, the couple have a son, Braison, and daughter, Noah. Billy Ray is also dad to Tish's older children from a previous marriage, as he adopted Trace, now 21, and Brandi, now 22, when they were young children. The 'Achy Beaky Heart' singer also has a 18-year-old son, Cody, from a previous relationship.
