'Glee,' 'Never Been Kissed' Songs -- Season 2, Episode 6

Glee Season 2FOX

'Glee' 'Never Been Kissed' features new songs by the cast, but the sixth episode of the second season is the first not to have a theme. Gleeks need not worry though, because it marks the return of the mash-ups that were so popular in the hit TV show's first season.

'Never Been Kissed' will officially introduce Blaine, a gay member of the rival glee club the Warblers, from the Dalton Academy. Played by Darren Criss, speculation is high that Blaine will become the love interest of Chord Overstreet's character Sam Evans. Many fans thought Sam would become Kurt Hummel's boyfriend, but as Chris Colfer -- the actor who plays Kurt -- points out, that would be "too obvious," reminding viewers that Glee has a history of "avoiding the obvious and throwing curveballs."

'Glee' 'Never Been Kissed' also features the return of Katy Perry songs to the show, with Criss's rendition of 'Teenage Dream.' The cast also covers Bob Marley and the Wailers 'One Love / People Get Ready' and performs mash-ups of the Rolling Stones' 'Start Me Up' with Bon Jovi's 'Livin' on a Prayer,' and the Supremes' 'Stop! In the Name of Love' with En Vogue's 'Free Your Mind.' You can listen to all four of the songs in their entirety at AOL Music.
