Brad Paisley won Entertainer of the Year, the final award given at the 2010 CMAs.

CMAs host Brad Paisley took the most anticipated, most coveted award of the night -- Entertainer of the Year -- and rightfully so. Quoting his hero Little Jimmy Dickens (who was in attendance), Paisley said: "If you see a turtle on a fence post, it had help getting up there," in order to express his gratitude for boosts he's received along the way. Brad Paisley was given a standing ovation as he wrapped up the night by accepting the big win, and though the West Virginia native is no stranger to CMA award wins, he held back tears -- his voice cracking as he spoke.

The 'I'm Still a Guy' singer thanked a long list of people, including his wife, God, and country fans all over the board, as he shared his awe at how the industry has grown.

I absolutely love Brad! I can't stop listening to "This Is Country Music" and I can't wait for the album to come out. Brad definitely deserved entertainer of the year.
