Though not an official banning at this point, Country Music Television is not currently hosting the video for 'Is That So Wrong,' and Hough is asserting it's because the popular channel has deemed the video "too racy."
While performing at the 'Acoustic Christmas Concert' presented by Baltimore's WPOC radio last Friday night, Julianne Hough introduced 'Is That So Wrong' by explaining, "I shot a music video for it ... and [Country Music Television] kind of banned it. "Laughing at the notion, Hough continued. "Apparently I was taking off too many clothes as I was dancing across my bedroom ... But I don't know, I kind of liked it."
CMT has yet to make an official statement regarding 'Is That So Wrong,' but it doesn't seem to be the only outlet avoiding the video. Searches on YouTube came up empty, and most results for the video point to foreign hosting sites.
While we understand CMT's decision to curate their own content, we're at a loss as to why public outlets like YouTube would not host it. What do you think? Is Julianne Hough's video for 'Is That So Wrong' too racy for TV? You can watch 'Is That So Wrong' here, and you can watch something less controversial below.
