No, the former Fleetwood Mac icon is not yet a guest star on the actual show, but she was a guest at a recent taping. According to Perez Hilton, Nicks payed a visit to the set of 'Glee' as they were shooting scenes with Gwyneth Paltrow. The cast is said to be performing the classic Nicks-sung Fleetwood Mac number, 'Landslide,' and apparently Stevie wanted to approve.
Stevie Nicks did not film any scenes, according to Hilton, and currently has no plans to guest star on 'Glee,' though her rep was quoted as saying, "We can of course hope and dream of a day when that could happen."
Despite not being on the show, Nicks' visit was an exciting moment all around for the cast and crew, Diana Agron confirmed in a tweet. "Stevie Nicks and Gwyneth Paltrow and Gwyneth Paltrow and Stevie Nicks. Wonderful and unexpected day."
