'Till the World Ends,' writted by Kesha and produced by Dr. Luke and Max Martin, premiered last night and is already predicted to be a big club hit. The infectious, pulsating dance track keeps things moving with the chorus "Keep on dancing til the world ends."
The song is the second, in its entirety, of more than a dozen 'Femme' track samples that Spears, along with producer Luke, has leaked prior to -- and following -- the Feb. 17 release of her video for first single 'Hold it Against Me.' (Spears also teased the tracks 'Seal It With a Kiss,' 'I Wanna Go' and 'How I Roll.') 'Hold it Against Me' has already broken records from radio airplay to digital downloads and shot to the top of the Billboard charts when released in January.
Kesha is proud of her written contribution to 'Femme.' "I consider myself a songwriter before and above everything else, so it's an honor to write for one of pop music's biggest icons," said Kesha in an MTV interview. "And I hope it gets everyone's ass on the dance floor cuz y'all know that's what K-Monay does best!"
'Femme Fatale' will feature 12 tracks with an deluxe edition with four additional songs, including two produced by Rodney Jerkins (Beyonce, Michael Jackson). Jerkins revealed that Travis Barker joined Spears on 'Femme,' which can be either one -- or both -- of the deluxe tracks 'He About to Lose Me' and 'Don't Keep Me Waiting.'
Earlier this morning, Spears tweeted that fans who pre-order 'Femme Fatale' now will immediately get the 'Till the World Ends' track upon purchase.
Spears recently said that she wanted to make an album that was "a fierce dance record where each song makes you want to get up and move." There's no doubt 'Till the World Ends' will deliver.
"The bitch is back and better than ever," said Spears in a recent V magazine interview. "['Femme Fatale' is] the best album I've ever made."
