X-Rated Britney Spears Pictures Could Bolster Bodyguard's Sexual Harassment Claims

Last September, Britney Spears' ex-bodyguard Fernando Flores filed a sexual harassment suit stating that Spears made "repeated unwanted sexual advances" toward him; a claim Spears has repeatedly denied. But Flores is not going away quietly, and now says he has the pictures to prove it.

According to the London Sun, the former bodyguard is claiming that Spears sent him x-rated photos last April, "exposing herself in a way that she clearly hoped would make him aroused," including "a few where she is naked."

"They are really explicit images that will likely shock and disgust the majority of her fans," a friend of Flores, 29, told the paper. "Fernando can prove the pictures were taken on her cell phone and sent to his mobile."

The recent allegations of suggestive photos could reopen the sexual harassment suit Flores brought up against Spears. At the time the charges were made, a statement on her website read: "This lawsuit is another unfortunate situation where someone is trying to take advantage of the Spears family and make a name for himself," and later, the Department of Children and Family Services "closed the case without further action," citing lack of evidence.

Of course, new photos would be rather strong evidence, although it could be a strategy to get Spears to pay him to keep the photos private. What do you think? Is this blackmail or do you believe Britney Spears sent Fernando Flores x-rated photos of herself?

Her own parents claim she is still mentally unstable to this day, so anything is possible when it comes to Ms. Spears. I would not be surprised if this is true.

Oh what people will do for money!! Hope this reminds people to watch out what photos they take or send with their cell phones, I mean look at Brett Favre, and Tiger Woods.. Don't people ever learn!! So stupid!!

If u haven't notice, Fernando has been on a pattern that he seems to be hitting the press with wild claims every 4-6 months? A lot of people don't know this but Fernando gets paid anywheres from 1k to 10k from the 1st press comapny to get the Fernando stories. It seems he's always going to The Sun probably cuz he already has a accont from theem and they seem to offer him the most for his stories. Bottom line he getting a paycheck even when he hits the press and does interviews regardless. So catching on what I'm trying to say? Make sence every few motnhs he's coming out of the woods talking about something new bcuz he's running out of funds in his bank account and has to do what it takes to keep above water while "waiting" to get paid the big bucks by Britney! Its sick! Yes this is Blackmail! Why is he now coming out with these photo claims when he could have brought this up almost a year ago or when he filed his lawsuit. If it was true u would probably think so too! Of course this is a sign of pushing the card to see how far he can press the issue in hopes Britney pays him out aside from court. He's getting antsie! How come he's not getting investigate or charge for blackmail or extorsion?? This is all bull! I hope no one believes this guy one bit. Oh and PS that's hear say when a friend of his goes to the press with these claims. I wonder why he couldn't do it himself, hmmmm... maybe he would of been targeted on the spot for blackmail. Its not quiet blackmail yet becuz this is a claim made by someone other then him. Remember he's an ex law enforcement, he kinda knows what to get away with legally for now and continue to profit from it. Makes u really sit and think what's going on here.

That body gaurd is nutes, Brittney can send me anything and I promise
not to tell anyone. Sometimes money means so much to people thatthey miss a key point, maybe just maybe she like's him, and unless he's not into woman he's a lucky man.
