'Light Up the World' was co-written by famed songwriter Max Martin, who also composed the 'Original Song' episode's hit track 'Loser Like Me,' and who has worked with the Backstreet Boys, Britney Spears, *NSYNC, Robyn, Kelly Clarkson, Katy Perry, and P!nk.
