FOX
The first of two New York City filmed episodes, 'Funeral' is the last stop before the glee kids' moment of truth at Nationals. Guest star Charice, who plays the super-talented Sunshine Corazon from rival glee club Vocal Adrenaline will return to the show. Rachel's ex, Jesse St. James continues his reoccurring guest role, begging the question of whether or not his presence will further fan the flames of the Rachel, Jesse, Finn, Quinn love quadrangle that exploded in the latest episode, 'Prom Queen.'
Lea Michele performs a song by her character Rachel's idol, the classic Barbra Streisand ballad 'My Man' from the 1968 movie 'Funny Girl.' Speaking of funny, the New Directions perform 'Pure Imagination' by Gene Wilder from the movie 'Willy Wonka and The Chocolate Factory' led by Chris Colfer aka Kurt. Colfer also revamps 'Some People' from the musical 'Gypsy', while Naya Rivera (Santana) tears it up with the super-dark Amy Winehouse song 'Back to Black.' Amber Riley brings the house down (as always), belting out her spin on Otis Redding's 'Try A Little Tenderness.'
