The X-rated video in question is from Lopez's honeymoon with her first husband, whom she met when he was a waiter in Miami. The marriage -- which lasted from February 22, 1997 to January 1998 -- may have been short-lived, but JLo is still haunted by her ex.
Lopez won a permanent injunction in 2009 that prohibited the footage from being released as part of Noa's planned TV project. Noa is now seeking to appeal the court ruling, as he has reportedly received several offers "in the millions" from top porn sites for the sexy film.
A lawyer for Noa's business partner/partner in crime Cynthia Vazquez insisted that the video is not technically a "sex tape" despite the fact that it reportedly features nudity.
