Are Katy Perry and tour mate Swedish pop star Robyn beefin'?

Robyn -- who you may best remember for her 1997 mainstream hit 'Show Me Love' and who has since reinvented her self as an edgier, out-of-pocket pop singer -- made a catty comment about Katy Perry in an interview with Time Out.

When questioned about her plans to open for Perry's California Dreams tour Robyn explained, "I was asked by her to do it and thought it was a good way of getting to know her audience. It's bigger than mine [laughs]." in response to the follow-up question, "And are you a fan of hers?" Robyn responded, giggling, "You know what? I have to go now."

Robyn's jab at Katy ignited rumors that the tour mates were trapped in a heated rivalry and prompted Robyn to make a follow-up statement in an interview with MTV.

Robyn defended the snub and stated, "I think that girls are always expected to have opinions about each other, and maybe I don't have an opinion about some things, you know?" "We're always expected to have thoughts about what the other person is doing, and I think that's silly. You very rarely get asked about another guy as a male artist," Robyn claimed.

Way to take a feminine stance to divert attention away from the diss. Well played, Robyn!

Atleast Robyn has REAL TALENT! Katy Perry must be a real B*TCH!. Even her on again off again friend Rihanna made a NASTY remark about Katy saying that her music is "overrated" OUCH! Now when your friends start making nasty comments about you... you must be a HAG! I think this is GREAT considering that Katy made a nasty comment about Britney Spears who could buy and sell katy from here to Japan. Better learn Katy.. you dont disrespect LEGENDS! Even Lady Gaga got into it saying "Katy is very pop.. not my thing". And when asked about Britney.. Gaga said "I grew up listening to Britney, Shes amazing". So besides BRITNEY... MADONNA and GAGA. The rest of those hags SUCK!

Funny. Just saw this concert tour in Raleigh on Tuesday night. Katy was awesome. Robyn was horrible. You could not understand a thing she said or her lyrics. Everyone was glad when she was finished. Katy had fun and gave a great show. Even the dj who performed first was better than Robyn.

There's some real news. "Stars fight on Tour" Name one group that didn't. That's why most eventually broke up. Even the Stones who are still together had their ups and downs.
