David Archuleta Channels 'Glee' on Newest Single 'Everything and More'

'American Idol' Season 7 has spawned some of pop music's biggest acts including David Cook and baby-faced balladeer David Archuleta, and as Idolator points out you can listen to a radio rip of the young singer's newest cut 'Everything and More.'

Featuring Archuleta's super-sweet vocals and a 'Glee'-esque piano line we can see this playing at every prom in town. Co-written by Grammy-winning songwriter Victoria Horn, Archie's latest is his most mature music to date.

In other 'Idol' news, rocker David Cook's sophomore album 'This Loud Morning' came out this week to high acclaim. Check out Archuleta's 'Everything and More' below and tell us what you think about the singer's newest tune.

David is just soooo talented and I am in love with that voice (and that face). He is just AMAZING and I love the new single...and I'm thrilled he is releasing a couple new songs. YAY

This is a special THANK YOU single to fans, and was first aired in Asia. We understand it's part of 5 extra songs on The Other Side of Down CD, Asia Tour edition. Love the song. David Archuleta can sing ballads like very few can.

I love it!!! It is stuck in my head. So pretty. And BTW David will be on Good Things Utah on Friday July 1. He's performing at Stadium of Fire Freedom Festival in Provo Utah July 2. And July 16 is the first stop of his Asian tour. In addition, it sounds like he's planning us US pop/Christmas tour :)

Love anything by David Archuleta. His voice is just beautiful and such a wonder range. I would love to hear his songs on the radio. I have almost quit listening to the radio, because I really don't care for the music that they are playing.
