Jennifer Lopez, Steven Tyler and Randy Jackson Will Return to 'American Idol'

After all those will-she-or-won't-she rumors, looks like Jennifer Lopez is indeed returning as a judge on the next season of 'American Idol.'

Producer Nigel Lythgoe called in to 'On Air With Ryan Seacrest' today (August 10). "I am delighted to say that all three judges, along with the brilliant host of 'American Idol' is back for the next season," he beamed.

Recently divorced Jennifer Lopez almost ditched her 'Idol' gig when she announced her plans to star in her own spin-off reality competition show for aspiring Latin American music stars, but was offered a hefty sum of $20 million to return.

FOX has yet to make an official announcement.

Yet, it seems that the source on this is solid, so fans can start anticipating the triumphant return of the Idol triad of judges JLo, Randy Jackson and Aerosmith frontman Steven Tyler, who admitted that he thought 'Idol' "sucked" until he joined the show.

Wake up parents! Her music is sheer trash porn style. Is this what you want your child to emulate? Boycott this kind of trash.

Reality television compiled with instant access to "everything" on the internet is completely destroying our children and the world... fame and money at any cost. Money is the most important thing... people have stopped living and using their brains.... this is making us softer and dumber.

I can only pray that they turn off the switch... what a shame when you ask a little kid what they want to do when they grow up they say, make a lot of money... take it all away, it'll hurt, we are addicted, but it's the only way.

Who cares about Jennifer Lopez? really ... they are controlling us through media. Wake up.

She was HORRIBLE as a judge. So self effacing, so "listen to me", very egotistical. She would go on and on and on and on ........ I think she is a horrible singer, repetitive and boring and very predictable. What people see in her is beyond me..............American Idol was not really that good, again, repetitive and boring and so been there, done that. It is a venue for wanna bees but who remembers the very first winner? Any of the other runners up? Where are they now? The winners are the judges and Coke who rake in tons of money. Not for me.........especially with her, her and Randy (hey dog one more time and I will throw up!) and Steven Tyler who appears to be either high, drunk or just plain spaced out and is he gay?

I can't stand to watch or listen to her. Repulsive character and too conceited.
