Lady Gaga has dropped her long-awaited 'You and I' video. Originally planned to premiere on MTV on Thursday (Aug. 18) at 7:49 p.m., the video was leaked, so Gaga tweeted the video herself.

The visual epic has everything -- barn bondage in outrageous couture, mermaid sex with a mad scientist, Gaga serenading herself in drag on a piano and, of course, sprawling Nebraska cornfields!

"You must love all + every part of me, as must I, for this complex + incomprehensible force to be true," Lady Gaga tweet-preached with the video.

Appropriately, the sleek, cut-up, high-budget canvas of the video reveals several of Lady Gaga's "parts," from gill-faced Yuyi the Mermaid splashing in a barnyard tub to Gaga literally embracing her masculine side, the scowling "greaser" alter-ego Jo Calderone. Check out all of Gaga in the vibrant new video below.

"The premise of the video is that I've walked all the way from New York City to Nebraska to get him [my boyfriend] back," Gaga has explained, taunting little monsters with preview tweets of torn up shoes and piano keys. "I'm walking with no luggage, no nothing. It's just me, and my ankles are kind of bleeding a little bit, and there's grass stuck in my shoes." Pop diva Lady Gaga reportedly split from her heavy-metal drummer boyfriend Luc Carl in May.

Just maybe, Lady Gaga was inspired by one of her favorite artists Marina Abramović, who walked the length of the Great Wall of China to meet her boyfriend and performance-art partner Ulay. Or, just maybe, it's a mad mix of all her creative influences and fantasies.

The country-rock-esque tune that Mother Monster called "one of the best songs I've ever written," gains appropriate imagery with the sprawling rural fields. "There's nothing sexier than shooting a scene in a cornfield," Gaga had said. What do you think is the sexiest part of 'You and I?'
