Following the news that singer/actress Miranda Cosgrove and her mother were hurt in a serious tour bus crash in Illinois on August 11, the Disney star has let her fans know that she has successfully undergone surgery and is recovering at home.
The 'iCarly' star broke her ankle after her bus collided with a tractor, forcing Cosgrove to cancel her Dancing Crazy tour and return home to Los Angeles.
The 18-year-old took to her Twitter page to update her "Been in the hospital for the last few days. I had a successful surgery. I'm so happy to be heading home #thankful," she wrote.
"My house was like a flower garden when I got home. Thanks to all my friends and thanks all of u for all your messages," the recovering star added.
