Joseph Llanes for AOL
After putting on a
brilliant show on Monday night (Aug. 29) for AOL Music's
Live Sessions at our Beverly Hills Studio in Los Angeles -- a show that was something of a comeback performance for Gavin DeGraw after recovering from a
brutal assault earlier this month -- the singer-songwriter is sharing the title track from his forthcoming album 'Sweeter,' exclusively to AOL.
Listen to 'Sweeter'
Gavin lusts after another man's girl in this mid-tempo new track. "I just want to take someone else's holiday/ Sometimes the grass is greener/ And someone else's sugar, someone else's sugar's sweeter," Gavin sings, willfully committing the deadly sin of envy.
Gavin's 'Sweeter' album drops Sept. 20.
