While the "cool Nebraska guy" who inspired 'You and I' is supposedly Gaga's on-again-off-again boyfriend Luc Carl, Gaga, 25, is reportedly heating things up with Kinney, 30, after meeting on the set of the 'You and I' video shoot in July.
An alleged source told Radar Online, "It was just casual at first, but things are getting pretty hot and heavy."
The site also claims the pair was spotted "getting steamy" at a Mission Viejo, Calif. beach bar, The Sneak Joint, this past Sunday (Sept. 4). "I couldn't tell it was her at first," a Sneak Joint patron allegedly told Radar. "It just looked like some hot couple making out, but then I realized it was Lady Gaga! Everyone went nuts! She was so sweet too -- she even signed some autographs."
The alleged eyewitness continued, "Her hair was a little messy. It definitely seemed like a 'morning after' situation. They are obviously totally into each other!" On Tuesday (Sept. 6) the couple was reportedly spotted for a second time, this time on the beach.
