Pregnant pop star Lily Allen has revealed she is haunted by anxiety and insomnia as she awaits her due date, having suffered miscarriages during her previous two pregnancies.

Lily was devastated when she miscarried her unborn son with husband Sam Cooper, six months into her pregnancy back in October 2010. The loss came two years after Lily suffered her first miscarriage with then-boyfriend Ed Simons.

Now past the six-month mark, Lily told London's Evening Standard about a recent anxiety attack admitting, "I was terrified the other night in bed. I wake up a lot at the moment and at one point I touched Sam's face and it was freezing cold. I was screaming. 'Sam! Sam! Oh my God, my husband's dead! I've sorted everything out and now it's all over!' He woke up and said, 'All the windows are open'."

"After my ... last baby, I'm being really closely monitored so I come to London every Thursday for a scan. The doctor keeps telling me to take it easy," Lily shared.

It seems like Lily has been quite upset about her family lately. Earlier this week, the singer agreed to pen a piece, 'In Defense of the Housewife, by Lily Allen,' about her recent marriage to Sam Cooper and her pregnancy for the same publication's magazine, but later slammed editors for their refusal to call her by her married name in the special edition piece.

Lily took to her Twitter page (Changed from @LilyRoseAllen to @LilyRoseCooper) to vent, writing, "Hey thanks for taking it upon yourselves to change my name back to Lily Allen in today's ES, when I specifically asked you not to. Way to go, so much fun working with you, really enjoyed the process of 'guest editing'."

Oh, get over yourself! First, the average reader wouldn't know your married name;only the most devoted fan would. Second, you've been outta the spotlight a good while & a whole lotta people don't know you by your previous name even. I will not diminish your pain & anxiety. You have suffered much. St. Gerard is the patron saint of mothers & difficult pregnancies. As a Catholic, I believe I can ask for his intercessory prayers for you to have a safe pregnancy & a safe, easy delivery of a perfect baby. Having suffered many, many yrs of infertility, I empathize with you. The issue with your name is a right of yours, but to the reader out here, Lilly Allen is the name that would call our attention to what you have to say. There are a lot of people however, who really don't give a da*m.
