The paparazzi have spotted the pop singer smooching with the gent in New York last June and just recently, Ashlee made her red-carpet debut with her new beau at the 'Boardwalk Empire' Season 2 premiere.
The couple reveled in their new romance at an HBO party at the Plaza of the Pacific Design Center in Los Angeles, Calif. after the Emmy Awards show. According to People, they were seen dining, chatting with Vincent's parents and engaging in light PDA.
Back in February, Simpson filed for divorce from her now-estranged husband and her son Bronx's baby daddy, Fall Out Boy rocker Pete Wentz. Drunk dialing rumors be damned, looks like she has moved on and has a handsome date for sister Jessica Simpson's upcoming wedding!
