Stockman, 26, and Michele, 25, went public with their relationship after they were spotted at an April 2010 event in New York celebrating Time's 100 Most Influential People issue.
"I'm a relationship girl," the singing and acting sensation told Glamour magazine back in 2010. "I would rather be in a long distance relationship with him than not have a relationship at all."
Her 'Glee' character, Rachel, may finally be getting back together with her ex-boyfriend Finn in the upcoming season of the show, but it looks like it's splitsville for Lea in real life.
