Is Sean Kingston Flirting With Disney's Debby Ryan?

Sean Kingston has spent this past summer healing from a serious jet ski accident that almost took his life. But if his Twitter account is any indication, Sean's feeling back to his old flirty self! The 'Fire Burning' singer took to the social media site last night to shout out a special girl who's on his mind -- Disney Channel actress Debby Ryan! Sean tweeted the 'Jessie' and 'Suite Life on Deck' actress:

"One Of The Majior Things I've Learn Is, Beauty is not what you see, but what is inside you.. Goodnight world, off to bed got an early wake up call in the A.M!.. P.S @TheDebbyRyan is way to Beautiful lol"

So do we have a new celeb couple to keep on our radar? We spoke to Sean's rep who explains: "Sean and Debby just met last week on the set of a new Disney Channel dance show. Sean was the judge on the show and got to hang out with lots of Disney stars -- like Debby Ryan and Selena Gomez." Translation -- Sean and Debby are just friends. Looks like we'll have to put a hold on our "I heart Seabby" t-shirt order -- for now anyway!

When he's not judging Disney shows and tweeting girls, Sean's been hard at work on his first love -- music. The star's back in the studio, working on his next CD and will be opening for the Black Eyed Peas in concert this November 23 in Miami.

ok,first of all "seabby" is a HORRIBLE name!!!!

and Debby and Sean ARE NOT dating..nor do I think they ever will!!!!

I like both of them,but I do not like them as a couple!
