"I also took a trip out to California last week, where I held some productive bilateral talks with your leader, Lady Gaga. She was wearing 16-inch heels. She was eight feet tall. It was a little intimidating." -- President Obama
President Obama told the Human Rights Campaign that dedicated rights activist Lady Gaga impressed him with her towering, fashion-assisted physical stance during a meeting. The two American icons met up to discuss the prospect of making bullying illegal in the wake of another tragic teen suicide. The President wasn't just impressed with Gaga's commanding fashion, he also agreed with her social stances. "Every single American -- gay, straight, lesbian, bisexual, transgender -- every single American deserves to be treated equally in the eyes of the law and in the eyes of our society," says the President.
