Hours later, he was tweeting about how much he loves his new iPod 4S, so clearly, he's having a banner week.
Miley, meanwhile, is psyched her brother is settling down, and in a Twitter post of her own, the said she "can't wait for Brenda to be a Cyrus :) couldn't be more excited about my 'sister in law to be' yay :)"
