As she encourages the nation's youth to make fitness and health a priority with her 'Let's Move' campaign, the First Lady herself relies on Queen B's beats to get her moving.
"I always love Beyonce, so anything fast-paced that she's doing is a good one for me," Obama said in a video response to questions from the 'Let's Move' online audience. Bey actually lent her talents to Chelly O's campaign when she revamped her hit 'Get Me Bodied' and made a school cafeteria-shot workout music video for 'Move Your Body' back in April.
President Obama is also a fan of the singer, who performed at the Neighborhood Ball celebrating his inauguration. But whether or not Bey's 'Countdown' gets you counting push ups, the First Lady advises, "Listen to whatever you like and whatever is going to get you motivated, and for me that's a lot. The important thing is that you get up, you try to get that workout in."
