"You've got to love yourself first," continues Jennifer. "You've got to be OK on your own before you're OK with someone else. You've got to value yourself and know that you're worth everything. And until you value yourself enough and love yourself enough to know that, you can't really have a healthy relationship."
So does the mother of twins, Emme and Max, feel ready to date again, post-break-up? Not likely. Just last weekend, Lopez broke down in tears during an on-stage performance of a song referencing her famous exes -- from Anthony to Diddy.
One things for sure, when Jennifer does feel ready to date again, she'll do her best to keep the new love on the down low! "I think to give something a chance, to really get to know somebody, you want to do it out of the public eye," Lopez tells Glamour. "You know the media -- they want to rush everything!"
