She is admitting to statutory rape and if Justin the father......CHILD SUPPORT!! They never say he hasnt had sex with her so he cant say she slander his name. She only stating what she feels is the result of them having sex. She may sleep around with guys so close together that she dont know. He should be more worried that he may have caught something if he sleeps around so easily himself! LET THIS BE A LESSON JUSTIN EITHER WAY! Hope the baby isnt yours because it would be sad to see this baby go through life knowing he was not only a ONE NIGHT STAND but not wanted by his father and used by his mother as a PAWN!!!

Lets face it.. celebrities all the time are accused of doing things they have not. Lets wait until the paternity test comes out before we rush to judgment. He is 17 yrs old and rich and famous what do you expect.. Girls are throwing themselves all over him. Unless he has some serious people around him protecting him from this he is going to give into temptation. Yes they have not denied that he has had sex with her just denied he is the father. I am sure the lady is hedging bets that he would want to protect his image and pay her off. The only move they have in this case is to confront the young lady and see what happens.

If this woman went as far to have a Paternity done...it's got to be true..or she's NUTS! And hungry for humiliating attention..and would be a liar!! And will have consequences for her, slandering Justin in this manner! This kid was thrown into the limelight too young..too fast..he should have had more supervision as a minor...but was allowed to interact as if he's an adult! I hope its not true...because it will be just another sad example to other young people! And very sad for Justin...having this on his record so young! :(

Why even talk about this prior to a paternity test. As far as JB is concerned he's at an age where his testoterone level is 20 times mine and I envy him. I don't think he has ever claimed to be a virgin.

I agree with gailneuman, if the girl is charged with statutory rape, this will lead to all kinds of legal problems for her, and some jail time. So, I believe some of this has to be true. And this "squeaky-clean" image of him is total BS. He hits on Chelsea Handler EVERY time he is on her show. Let's not forget, Selena is the same age as this chick, and is his girlfriend, oh but that's OK, no, they should look into that as well. I think he did have sex with her, and has had sex with Selena.
