Is There a Baby Black Eyed Pea on the Way for Fergie?

The Black Eyed Peas have been fighting break-up rumors for months, with all members of the super-group swearing it's just a "break" not a "break-up." However, that hiatus could be a little longer than planned with news that Fergie might just have a baby "Pea" in her pod.

At the Avon Foundation Awards Gala in NYC this week, Fergie spilled her time-off plans to E! News, and from the sounds off it, she's got babies on the brain. "I'm excited for that," Fergie says of her planned break from the band. "I have my footwear collection and my fragrance, my husband, football and many other things in my head." So is pregnancy one of those "things?" "Possibly!" laughed Fergie-Ferg.

Only adding to those pregnancy rumors was Fergie's outfit choice at the Avon event. Gone was the singer's typical skin-tight attire and replaced with a loose-fitting dress and oversized blazer. If that doesn't scream maternity wear, well ...

For their part, the rest of BEP seems to be on-board with Ferg's family plans. In an interview with the New Times recently, bandmate Taboo shared: "The Black Eyed Peas taking a little break is something that we respect and we all agreed upon. We have to respect Ferg. Ferg is our sister. She definitely wants to have a family, and we're happy for her."

If Fergie is, in fact, with child, she'll be joining a long list of musical mamas-to-be. Currently the list of pregnant pop stars includes Beyonce, Jessica Simpson and Hilary Duff.
