Justin Bieber Plans to Take DNA Test and Sue Alleged Baby Mama

Justin Bieber's lawyers have formulated a two-part response to 20-year-old Mariah Yeater's claim the Canadian pop star is the father of her 4-month old son, TMZ reports.

First, Bieber will take a DNA test. Then, once the 'Baby' hitmaker proves he's no baby maker, he and his team will go on the offensive and file suit against Yeater for making false allegations.

The well-coiffed, oft-bespectacled heartthrob is currently in Belfast for the MTV EMAs, but he plans to take the test as soon as he returns to the United States in two weeks, TMZ says. His lawyer, Howard Weitzman, has reportedly already picked the lab, and a source tells the gossip site that Yeater's camp acted "nervous" upon hearing the news.

A potential suit from Bieber isn't the only legal trouble facing Yeater. Next month, she'll appear in a Las Vegas court to answer to misdemeanor assault charges stemming from a showdown with ex-boyfriend John Terranova, who Yeater originally accused of being her baby daddy.

I believe it is his KID. I can hardly wait when they say it is his. The truth seems to find its way to the surface. But, then again some lies can and do remain hidden in the shadows. He just gives me the creeps...reminds me of Damon. And that girl having sex w/ someone she does not even know then giving birth to that child. My prayers are with the baby.

Every other day I read stories in the news saying that some soccer mom or teacher is going to jail because she boinked some 17 year old kid. Why is this any different? This woman is an adult, and legally he is not. Bring her up on charges, I say!

Those glasses and that new haircut signaled the end of the Bieber craze, he had to do something (and take a look at his accuser, how old is that woman?) this move was textbook right out of old Hollywood. They called them publicity stunts, especially for careers that were not on solid footing.
