"What a crazy two weeks it's been!" Ellen remarked to the Selena during the show. "To say the least," the singer replied. "I have been [alright]," she claimed. There's sure been more than enough drama for Selena to digest this week! Just a few days ago, Yeater, who claimed Justin was the father of her young infant, dropped the suit against Bieber, after receiving death threats from rabid JB fans and news that Bieber's camp planned to counter-sue her as well.
With Yeater's lawsuit revoked and a slew of unearthed text messages from Yeater about the real father of her four-month-old son further diluting her claims, Gomez has finally started to exhale.
She confided things are "good" and less stressful now, although a source told Us Weekly that Selena has been "exhausted and withdrawn." "She's supportive of Justin, but it's been very tough," the source remarked. But the scandal isn't exactly behind the young couple just yet. While Yeater's lawyers are still pressing Justin to submit to a DNA test outside of court, Justin's camp will forge ahead with their own lawsuit against Yeater.
