After tweeting a preview photo from the set of the video last week, Gaga gives us a glimpse into her psyche with a semi-autobiographical, semi-theatrical narrative that will set the stage for her 'Marry the Night' visuals.
As the washed out pop star lays on gurney being wheeled down a lushly-decorated corridor, Gaga drones in a monotone voice-over, "When I look back on my life, it's not that I don't want to see things exactly as they happened. It's just that I prefer to remember them in an artistic way." She continues, "And truthfully, the lie of it all is much more honest because I invented it."
"It's not that I've been dishonest, it's just that I loathe reality," she insists. "For example, those nurses. They're wearing next season Calvin Klein. And so am I," the fashion icon says of her self-styled her directorial debut.
