Following his performance at the 2011 AMAs, Gym Class Heroes frontman Travie McCoy will be tasked with holding it down for the dudes at the VH1 concert special. The 'Stereo Hearts' rapper is in the company of fellow added performers Chaka Kahn, Erykah Badu, Sharon Jones & the Dap-Kings, Estelle and Marsha Ambrosius.
Phew! That is a whole lot of girl power to be in the midst of -- but McCoy wont be the only one representing his gender at the concert. Boyz II Men will also hit the stage, while the Roots will serves as the house band for the night.
The special will pay tribute to the "soulful cities" that inspired the featured singers and will air on VH1 on Dec. 19 at 9PM EST.
