Lily Allen Gives Birth to Bouncing Baby Girl

British pop star Lily Allen has reportedly given birth to a baby girl today (Nov. 25)! Although Lily has yet to officially confirm the news, her ex-boyfriend, DJ Seb Chew, spilled the beans when he tweeted, "sending out love to lily, sam and mini cooper...... YES."

The new mommy also tweeted, "Totes [totally] Amaze [amazing]," leading many to believe the happy baby news is true.

The birth of Allen's daughter marks a joyful chapter in the singers rocky fertility journey. Just last October, Lily and her husband, Sam Cooper, were devastated after the 'Friday Night' songstress miscarried their unborn son six months into her pregnancy. The loss came two years after Lily suffered her first miscarriage with then-boyfriend Ed Simons.

Congrats to Allen and her growing family. We can't wait to see photos of the "mini Lily!"

I'm sorry I must have overlooked something as I skimmed through this 'news' article, but what was her baby's name? It really isn't "mini cooper" is it?

I'm so glad that they clarified that she gave birth to a baby. Otherwise, most people would have thought that she gave birth to a puppy or a kitten!

The headline is painful..."British Singer Gives Birth To Baby"...was she suppose to have a litter of puppies or lay eggs and bury them in the sand? Of course she gave birth to a baby!

Gave birth to a baby? Point out the newsworthiness in this article. When she gives birth to an octogenarian or a teenager even, that will qualify as news! For the record, giving birth to babies is as commonplace as it gets; we are all representative of that fact. It wasn't news when we made the trip and it isn't any more unusual now with 7 billion of us rubbing elbows. Or is it that this young gin-sponge successfully completed the oldest trick in the book?

That's exactly what I thought. What else would she give birth to? I wonder if she had a boy or a girl. Either way, I'm sure it's one beautiful baby and I wish the family well.

Yes, it seems she gave birth to a baby human. I read the story for fear she had given birth to an IKEA sofa or farm machinery. What a relief!
