Want proof? Take Brit's current book choice, 'The Mastery of Love,' which Amazon.com describes as: "A refreshingly honest investigation of the true nature of love, [author] don Miguel Ruiz brings to light the commonly held fallacies and misplaced expectations about love that permeate most relationships."
Britney herself admits to being enlightened by the spiritual book, and is now encouraging fans to seek its wisdom as well. "It's basically an analysis of love and what it means to love," Spears tells Stylist UK. "It goes through all the different aspects of love -- who you are as a person, knowing yourself before you even attempt to love anyone else, that sort of thing. It's really well-written and thought-provoking."
"It's not so much about learning something," continues Spears. "It's one of those things where you already know this stuff, but it's good to instill it in yourself again."
Whatever that book may be selling, it seems be having a positive effect on the once-out of control diva. Besides being a doting mother to her two sons, Sean Preston and Jayden James, Britney is back to focusing on her health and is still going strong with longtime boyfriend, Jason Trawick. In fact, rumor has it the two could be tying the knot soon. Maybe Brit should read an excerpt from her new favorite book at the wedding!
