Lady Gaga: 'Marry the Night' (VIDEO)

After teasing her Little Monsters with 'Marry the Night: The Prelude Pathétique,' Lady Gaga is finally ready to share the visuals in their entirety with the release of the 'Marry the Night' full-length video.

The deeply personal effort, which was directed by Gaga herself, runs a staggering 14 minutes long and finds LG stripped down and barely recognizable in the eerie video.

The dark nature of the visuals isn't surprising when you consider the song was inspired by one of the hardest times in Gaga's life. In an interview with E! News, LG described why she penned the single after being dropped by her first label Island Def Jam.

"It was one of the worst days of my life and it happened quite quickly, but in my mind, when I think back on that period of my life, it all happened very slow. It is my personal way of seeing things," shares Gaga. "If you give up after something like that, you were never destined to be an entertainer."

"I love obstacles," Mother Monster continues. "To marry your obstacles mean I, the artist, wholeheartedly accept everything you thorw at me. I am destined to struggle, I am destined to write music about the struggle, and I accept it willingly."

Does Gaga have a future as a director? Is this her most triumphant video yet? Watch it below and let us know!

Why is it so bizarre? Because you say it is?

The last time I saw someone covered with that many Cheerios was when I turned around and saw my one-year old daughter in her car seat.

She was having the greatest time of it, and she wasn't imagining that she was the world's most transcendental artist.

some one wrote that the nudity gives the wrong message to youth and someone else wrote that they do not get her and why cant we go back to the music of the 60's 70's etc etc. I agree she has an awsome body as did everyone in her movie. From that perspective I don't like the fact that she protrays life as only being filled with people of a specific body type. I would like to see a better message but then she would not be lady gaga. As far as going back in time to music you liked and understood. Well Cathy is that way. Stuck int he past with the music of the 70's. As for me I prefer to listen to what is happening now as I am not in the 70's anymore. I am in the 21st century and to say that Lady Gaga's music does not make sense is to belittle a very real talent and to miss what this world is all about. Here and Now. I think her music is tight, to the point and very hot. I still think Cathy is better looking though. But that is me.

Cathy and I just finished the video. What an amazing artist. she is every major music icon of the 20th century rolled into one. Her talent to define the drama, angst and passion of a life out of sync with reality (as defined by the rulers of the society we all live in) is so amazing it is frightening and exciting at the same time. You do not have to be a visonary to see the impact this young woman is having and will continue to have on our developing youth. I was wondering if anyone kows if she comes from money or if she has struglled and fought her way up through the trenches without the benefit of a familes wealth.

If she could meet her ID and realize what it is, to then turn it into something GOOD-perfection all through the rest of one's mind set.
