The exes are set to hit the stage, co-headlining the live show, and Joe took to his Twitter page to announce his excitement. "Pumped for the show tonight with @ddlovato who's coming???!?!" he tweeted earlier today.
In case you aren't up on the Disney dating scene, former 'Camp Rock' co-stars Joe, 22 and Demi, 19, went public with their relationship back in March 2010 only to call it quits a couple of months later just ahead of their summer tour together. Awkward!
It was during the Jonas Brothers' world tour that Demi assaulted a backup dancer, which proved to be the the tipping point for the troubled singer. Shortly thereafter, Demi dropped out of the Jonas Brothers tour to enter rehab for an array of mental, physical and emotional health issues.
While Demi has been recently spotted smooching another one of her exes, Wilmer Valderrama, and warns her future solicitors that being her boyfriend is a tall order, Joe is rumored to be trying to win his pre-Demi ex, Taylor Swift back. So it looks like rekindled love won't be in the cards for these former flames. But will tonight's concert be the start to repairing their fractured friendship? Time will tell ...
