Kevin Federline Hospitalized While Filming Weight-Loss Show

We all know Britney Spears' ex-husband Kevin Federline is not in the best shape these days -- being a single dad leaves less time for the gym after all! But those added pounds caught up with K-Fed recently when he was rushed to the emergency room during filming the Aussie reality TV show 'Excess Baggage,'

The father of Britney's two sons is a "celebrity" contestant on the Aussie version of the U.S. reality TV show 'Celebrity Fit Club.' The former backup dancer is looking to shed the extra pounds he has accumulated over the years, but K-Fed couldn't even make it through day one of shooting!

A rep for the show told E! News that the first day of filming took place in the Kimberley region of Outback Western Australia, "widely regarded as one of the most remote and hostile parts of the country." During the shoot, under advice from the show's medic, Kevin was "taken to hospital as he was showing signs of heat stress."

Thankfully, K-Fed was alright in the end and resumed filming in the same location shortly after. Kevin's medical scare will appear on the show when it airs on the Nine Network in 2012.
