According to TMZ, the newly single singer took his "immediate staff" -- all 14 of them -- on a vacation retreat to DR as a holiday present to thank them for all their hard work during what turned out to be a very trying year for the future divorcee.
Marc reportedly spoiled his staff with a five-day stay at an exclusive resort in La Romana. He comped all the bills -- including meals, drinks and entertainment.
And demonstrating that he's not all about flashing just cash, Anthony brought his staff to the country's Niños de Cristo orphanage to give back and spend some time with the less fortunate. Talk about embodying the holiday spirit. Well done, Marc!
