At a cocktail party celebrating her Good Housekeeping February cover last night (Jan. 10), Hudson shared her best baby tips to a reporter from HollywoodLife. "Girl, get your sleep," was Jennifer's first nugget of wisdom for Beyonce. Sage advice -- as every new mommy can attest to!
"We had talks about this when I had my munchkin," continued Hudson, referencing her two-year-old David Daniel Otunga Jr. "But it goes so fast. Like the baby is 3 days or so now? She's going to look up and she's going to be six months and next thing you know she's going to be walking and you'll be like, 'What happened?' So just embrace it and because the type of lifestyles you know we live it's a lot of times other people have to care for your children and things like that, but you've got to have that mommy time. So embrace it and enjoy it."
Jennifer's certainly learned a lot over the past two years since giving birth to her own son. In fact, the singer and Weight Watchers' spokesperson accrued so much knowledge, she felt the need to pen a book to help others (besides Beyonce, that is). Hudson's new book, 'I Got This: How I Changed My Ways and Lost What Weighed Me Down,' hit stores yesterday.
