Madonna: New Album Title Revealed

On the set of the 'Graham Norton Show' earlier today (Jan. 11), Madonna announced the official album title for her highly anticipated twelfth studio effort -- 'M.D.N.A.'

The title is clearly derived from select letters in Madonna's name, but gossip blogger Perez Hilton noted that the album name may also be a play on words with the popular party drug MDMA. "It's sort of like a play on MDMA. You know ... ecstasy?" he wrote. "OMG! This album is pure Madonna ecstasy!!! We're so stoked!!! Feel free to OD!"

Whether an ode to the party pill or not, 'M.D.N.A.' is said to be heavily House music-leaning. The 2012 album reportedly features production from French DJ Solveig, Italian House music mastermind Benny Banassi and William Orbit, who worked with Madge on her 1998 'Ray of Light' album. And we can't wait for Nicki Minaj and M.I.A. to help Madonna get the rave started with the upcoming lead single 'Give Me All Your Lovin'.'

Hey Semper Fi!

......I am totally open. She has had some refreshing surprises, and some unlucky stars. But because of her Super Bowl lp blitz, I will have to be more critical on her (all to sell, sell, sell). But if it is praise worthy, I will promote.
