People's Choice Awards 2012: Winner's List

The 2012 People's Choice Awards brought out some of music's biggest stars. The show, which many believe indicates who will take home a Grammy in February, featured nominees such as Lady Gaga, Taylor Swift and Katy Perry. While not every artist up for an award could make the ceremony, quite a few did -- including winners Demi Lovato and Maroon 5. Dem, as well as Faith Hill, wowed the crowd with powerhouse performances. And despite her noticeable absence from what would have been her first post-split public appearance, Katy cleaned up with four wins in the musical categories (and one for her guest spot on the TV comedy 'How I Met Your Mother').

I like Born this way a lot, but it was released in middle of 2011 - not 2012 . Most of the winners did have
big hits last year. Katy Perry is great & had 2 big hits last year.

Hi Mary

I am proud to say I don't know any of these "winners." Just goes to say their music left the classification of music as an 'art' " to noise. I'm sick of the Kardashians who get money for doing nothing. It sets a horrible example with their no-talent appearances. No wonder there are always tickets left and empty seats at their concerts. Not watching the rest of these award shows this year will save me a lot of time.
