Despite a divorce that's reportedly turning ugly, Jennifer Lopez and her her soon-to-be ex-hubby Marc Anthony tried to keep up appearances in the first episode of their upcoming television show, 'Q'Viva! The Chosen.' The talent competition, which began filming after the two announced their split, is premiering on Univision this January 28. But last night (Jan. 19), journalists were treated to a sneak preview of the show -- and from the sounds of it, things were a tad awkward.

According to E!'s Marc Malkin, Lopez describes her dynamic with Anthony as "very Sonny & Cher after the divorce" during the first episode. At another point in the show, Anthony claims that he and Lopez are "meant to be" in each others' lives. "Marriage is one chapter, kids are another," he adds.

And while those sentiments seem well meaning, Lopez and Anthony can't help but let the underlying resentments between them bubble up during the show's progression. At one point, as Anthony openly fawns over a set of curvacious twins trying out for the program in Puerto Rico, Lopez says, "Let's keep the integrity of the show together," to which Anthony responds "I just see a lot of potential." "For what?" counters Jlo.

Shooting in Puerto Rico couldn't have been easy for the duo ... after all, Jennifer and Marc filmed their 2007 flick, 'El Cantante' on the island. In fact, '¡Q'Viva!' was actually shot in the same hotel the movie was filmed -- a fact that caused Lopez to quip, 'Bad memories.'

What do you think about Jennifer and Marc working together now that they've split? Is the potential fame not worth the emotional pain? Comment below with your thoughts.
