The youngest Jonas Brother has returned to his Broadway background, playing the role of J. Pierrepont Finch in 'How to Succeed,' and he certainly had some big shoes to fill. 'Glee' star Darren Criss just finished his run in the role, giving the show its biggest box-office numbers to date.
Before Criss, the role was brought to life by none other than 'Harry Potter's Daniel Radcliffe. With that kind of legacy to live up to, it's no wonder Nick has pushed himself to the limit to hit every cue and perfect every dance move for the physical role.
But the teen star reveals that all that moving and shaking has had an unintended side-affect on his waistline. "It's amazing, and I did do a bit of working out and prep before I started rehearsals ... I've lost probably four or five pounds," the diabetic star admitted on 'Good Morning America.' "Pounds that I didn't have to lose really! So I was a bit like, 'Uh-oh'," he added.
Looking ahead, Nick anticipates losing even more weight as the show goes on. "In that three-piece suit at all times, and sweating a bit, I can only imagine what the summer's going to be like." All for the love of showbiz!
