"'Better Than I Know Myself' is a song that I think anybody who's in, or has been, in a relationship can relate to," says the star. "Sometimes you screw up, or you say something that hurts your partner's feelings, or you aren't supportive. This song basically owns that and says, 'Look I'm sorry that sometimes I'm not perfect. But, without you, I don't know what I would do with myself. I need you ... because you're the only person who knows me better than I know myself.'"
Adam took a hands-on role in the filming on this video and worked closely on the video's concept -- which is pretty surprising when you see how stripped down the normally glammed-out star appears. Gone are Lambert's signature extreme hair 'do and edgy outfits ... replaced with a comfy ensemble and a generally softened style.
