Jessie J: Video Shows British Star as Nervous Teen on High School Stage

Thank God for YouTube. Without it, we'd never have seen "David After Dentist," "Chocolate Rain," numerous "S--t People Say' videos and this little gem -- footage of a very young Jessie J nervously singing a solo in her school's production of 'Bugsy Malone.'

The 'Domino' singer wears her grandmother's rain coat and hat for the part of Blousey Brown in her school's production. That's a world of difference from the designer Julien MacDonald dress she wore to this past Sunday's Grammy Awards!

A source close to Jessie during her younger days tell The Sun: "Jessie had the makings of a good voice back then and it was clear from an early age that she was a born show-off."

See the diva's early beginnings in the video below. Her voice hadn't exactly matured to the powerhouse point of 'Price Tag' ... but she's not half bad!
