Compared to some of the inflammatory things Kelly's said in the past (like calling Christina Aguilera a "fat b----"), her most recent diss on Gaga seems downright innocent. During a broadcast of E!'s 'Grammy Fashion Police' Osbourne simply took issue with the fact that Mother Monster skipped the red carpet at this year's event.
"Being part of the music industry is walking the red carpet," Kelly said on-air. "You say hello to your fans and you give back to those reporters and those people who supported you. And when you go to an awards show and you don't walk the red carpet, I find that disrespectful."
After that ... all hell broke lose! Kelly's Twitter page was inundated with nasty messages from irate Gaga fans. But some fans took things too far, threatening the star with physical harm!
"first twas Xtina Fans, now Gaga Fans. everybody hates you. @MissKellyO kill yourself! for your own sake, pls do it," one Little Monster wrote to Kel. In response to another violent message, Kelly wrote back: "@SaintHookerLXIX wanna get arrested because i do believe that was a threat?"
Then, in a slew of tweets we here at AOL Music have pieced together, Kelly tried to defend herself while showing a vulnerable side as well. "people hate themselves so they take it out on other people its very sad! i just don't understand why people get a kick out of trying to be so mean its ugly & there is just no point! i can't lie some of them really hurt me but mostly because i feel so bad for the people who send them they must be so unhappy! i do know that gaga has amazing fans because she is amazing its just some monsters take it way to far! please stop being so mean to me i have done nothing to you! what do you get out of being so mean? does it make you feel good?"
"i have been told to die, suck d---, get raped & that i look like i have aids by @ladygaga fans no wonder they get called bullies," Kel also tweeted. "dont tweet things like that it makes you look stupid i did not talk s--- it was an opinion. trashing someone is bulling!"
